Kent Jackson, PhD., CPCU, shares 40+ years of professional experience in teaching, research, consulting and organizational development and leadership. Since 2000 he has performed consulting services related to branding, market research, training and strategic planning for a range of clients in the insurance, education, health care, real estate and non-profit industries. He serves as a graduate professor at Regis University, is a grievance/mediation facilitator for a Aims Community College and the Denver Metro Builder Realty Council, and manages member research and development services the Outpatient Ophthalmic Surgery Society – a medical specialty organization representing surgery centers worldwide. Before starting his consultant practice in 2000, Dr. Jackson was an internal consultant in agency management and regional planner for State Farm Insurance. Prior to joining State Farm he was owner/manager of a construction engineering and planning firm. Prior to that he served as an academic and public affairs administrator and faculty member in psychology at the University of Northern Colorado. Dr. Jackson earned Bachelor and Master’s degrees from the University of Northern Colorado and the PhD from Oregon State University. He achieved the CPCU designation in 1996. www.jacksonrss.com

Ernest E. Grecsek, MA, CPCU is a performance management consultant with a focus on training professionals in core leadership competencies. He serves as an instructor for the CPCU Society, Center for Leadership. In his local community, he is a member of the Business Advisory Committee for the Career and Service Center of the South West Florida Workforce Development Board. In his 25-year insurance claims career, Grecsek held management and executive positions with Nationwide, Wausau, and Allstate Insurance Companies. He was an adjunct professor at the Southwest Florida campus of National-Louis University in the College of Management and Business. In 2007, Ernie was recognized by the CPCU Loman Education Foundation as an outstanding volunteer who demonstrates consistent and excellent performance within the CPCU Society Center for Leadership, the CPCU Society and other professional activities. He earned a B.S. in economics and business administration at Wagner College, and a M.A. in human resource development and training from The Ohio State University; he is affiliated with the Society of Human Resource Management, American Society for Training and Development and the CPCU Society. www.ernieco.com

Jeremy Kent Jackson, a resident of Los Angeles, graduated with a BFA in Acting from the University of Oklahoma School of Drama and completed a six level improvisation program at Minneapolis’ Dudley Riggs’ Brave New Workshop where he then performed as an improviser in over one hundred shows. He has also performed professionally in over sixty plays in six states and has been seen Guest Starring and Recurring on a dozen Network Television Shows including ER, CSI, Las Vegas, CSI:Miami, American Dreams, Happy Family, Drake and Josh and Without a Trace. In addition to his stage and television credits, Jackson has been seen in over two dozen national commercials, served a two year term as Best Buy’s in-house spokesperson and performed in several feature films including one with master-director, David Lynch. Throughout his career as an actor, Mr. Jackson has continually shared his experience and knowledge of acting and the industry with young and old alike. He has taught acting, improvisation, voice and speech, stage-combat, stage-movement, writing, audition technique and acting for the camera. He has been employed as an instructor and helped to develop curriculum for theatrical education organizations in Oklahoma, Ohio, Minnesota and California. Dominic Catrambone, a Chicago native, graduated with honors from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts West in Los Angeles. Since graduation, Mr. Catrambone has performed in and produced dozens of independent short films, music videos, features, television shows and stage plays throughout LA and his hometown, most notably the critically acclaimed comedy An Evening With The Egos which toured from LA to Chicago. He is also a successful Voiceover artist and has been heard as the brand voice of Mitsubishi Motors and Cellular One, has performed in over a hundred commercials, video games, promos and other projects and can currently be heard as the Signature Network Voice of Disney XD. While maintaining a career as a professional actor, Dominic has relished the opportunity to share his talents and insight with performers of all ages. He has taught voiceover, scene study, improv, monologue prep, stage combat and audition technique and has directed students in half a dozen full stage productions. Some of the many theatrical education companies Mr. Catrambone has worked with include The Youth Academy of Dramatic Arts (YADA), The Glendale Center Theatre and Centre Stage Academy.
